The German path is live from A0 to C1. A0 starts with Hallo und Tschüss and formal vs informal intros so complete beginners are not dumped into A1 texts.
Who it is for
Teens and adults teaching themselves. Not a kids app, not a Goethe-exam mill. CEFR is the ladder.
A weekday on the path
One session on a weekday is the intended pace. One cell a lesson, two for a roundup, five cells a day on Free. Three lessons plus a roundup is a module.
Articles, verbs, then speech
Academy nodes on the skill tree are for the mechanical stuff — cases, word order, separable verbs. Speaking and writing nodes spend sparks and AI quota when you want production, not another multiple-choice streak.
de-DE, not a dialect mix
The path is standard German (de-DE). You get the written and spoken standard you need for work, study, and exams — not a tourist phrase pack.

Yes. A0 covers greetings, sein/haben, and the first articles before A1 survival grammar.

In the sessions as you meet it, and on academy nodes of the skill tree when you want extra drills.
