Name a strength, prove it, admit a real weakness, and show what you do about it.
Andrii is in the second round of an interview for a project coordinator role in Frankfurt. The interviewer asks the classic: ‘Was sind Ihre Stärken – und wo sehen Sie Schwächen?’ A strong answer is a structure, not a list: one strength, a concrete example, how colleagues see you, one honest weakness, what you do about it, and why the strength fits this job. Keep Sie-form and avoid fake weaknesses like ‘I'm a perfectionist’.

‘Eine meiner Stärken ist, dass …’ — dass-clause with the verb at the end (bleibe, bin, mache). ‘Etwas an jemandem schätzen’ = to value something about someone. ‘Indem’ explains how: ‘…, indem ich delegiere’ (by delegating). Konjunktiv II ‘würde … helfen’ talks hypothetically about the new job.
Prepare one example per strength using the STAR idea: situation, task, action, result — in two sentences. For the weakness, choose something real but not critical for the role, and always follow it with daran arbeite ich, indem …

How do you name one strength in a full sentence?
Eine meiner Stärken ist, dass ich auch unter Zeitdruck ruhig bleibe.
Eine meiner Stärken ist, dass …: verb bleibe at the end.
The interviewer asks about his strengths.
Zum Beispiel habe ich letztes Jahr ein Projekt zwei Wochen früher abgeschlossen.
Zum Beispiel + inversion + Perfekt: concrete proof.
Without an example, a strength sounds empty.
Meine Kollegen schätzen an mir, dass ich sehr zuverlässig bin.
schätzen an + Dativ + dass-clause.
An outside view sounds less like bragging.
Eine Schwäche von mir ist, dass ich manchmal zu viel selbst mache.
Eine Schwäche von mir ist, dass …: honest, not dramatic.
He picks a real weakness that is not critical for the role.
Daran arbeite ich, indem ich Aufgaben bewusst delegiere.

Every weakness needs a solution right after it.
Diese Stärke würde mir in Ihrem Team besonders helfen.
