Learn English online with Anya
A British English path from absolute beginner (A0) to advanced (C1). Authored lessons, not generated small talk. Built for teens and adults who want a CEFR ladder, not a streak of empty XP.
English from A0, not a chatbot dump
Most “learn English online” apps answer with infinite chat. MyAnya answers with modules: three sessions and a roundup, then a skill tree for grammar, speaking, writing, and listening.
You hear and read how people actually talk. You answer. Then you produce — write or speak — and get a score against the tier you are in. The English path is live from A0 to C1 — thirty modules a tier, 120 sessions on A0 alone.
Who it is for
Teens and adults teaching themselves. It is not a kids app. It is not IELTS, TOEFL, or a school textbook. You follow a CEFR ladder; employers and universities already know those letters.
A weekday on the path
One session on a weekday is the intended pace. A lesson costs one energy cell; a module roundup costs two. Free accounts get five cells a day, so three sessions plus a roundup is a full Free day if you smash a module, or a few weekdays if you do one lesson at a time.
The first English A0 session is written as about 15 minutes: greetings, I'm / my name is, and a short dialogue. You can read that exact lesson before you sign in.
British English, on purpose
The path is en-GB: spelling, rhythm, and everyday register of British English. If you need US workplace English later, you will still have a CEFR spine to stand on.
CEFR you can point to
A0 is for zero. A1–C1 follow the usual European scale. Finish thirty modules and sit the tier exam (it costs no energy). Pass and you climb.
If you already know some English, onboarding can send you to a placement exam: to enter A1 you prove A0; to enter B1 you prove A2. Or skip the exam and start at A0.
Study English with a Ukrainian or Russian UI
The chrome language and the study language are separate. Ukrainian or Russian menus with a British English path is a normal setup — useful if English UI would slow you down at A0–A1.

CEFR levels
Can complete beginners learn English here?
Yes. A0 is built for zero. You are not dropped into A1 texts on day one.
Is this British or American English?
British English (en-GB). Spelling, voice, and everyday lines follow that standard.
Can I skip ahead if I already know some English?
Yes. To enter A1 you pass the A0 exam; to enter B1 you pass A2. Or skip the exam and start at A0.
Does the AI invent the English lessons?
No. Sessions are authored. AI scores your writing and speaking and can read lines aloud.
Can the app be in Ukrainian while I study English?
Yes. UI language and study language are independent.
